Mission module

The Role

  • Own the post-launch client journey for NCM and Business Intelligence clients
  • Ensure seamless onboarding, impactful consultations, and a high-value client experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve the support model through better processes, tracking, record keeping, and continuous innovation
  • Work with large BI auto groups, suggest product enhancements, and contribute to a fast-growing team

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee client consultations and office hours
  • Provide clients with insights deduced from our reporting platforms
  • Improve the support model through better tracking, record keeping, process improvements, and continuous innovation
  • Represent Foundation Data positively and energetically while maintaining the highest level of professionalism in all interactions
  • Mentor new team members as account numbers grow and additional support is needed
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Service
  • Maintain up-to-date internal process documentation
  • Own BI auto group relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or relevant work experience
  • Proven client-facing experience, ideally within the automotive industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
  • Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment where things change frequently and growth is rapid
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and Google Analytics. Specific technical skills are not required
