Mission module
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain embedded analytic dashboards and reports that make data accessible and reliable
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business strategies
- Monitor data quality, alert on anomalies, and troubleshoot data issues to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Partner with business, technology, and data teams to gather requirements and implement data processes, reports, and end-user insights
- Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for product and operational improvements
- Use SQL and data modeling concepts to scope and quality assure datasets, creating a single source of truth for business metrics

Qualifications
- 3+ years of advanced experience with modern business intelligence tools, specifically Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong proficiency in SQL for extracting, transforming, and manipulating data
- Basic to intermediate understanding of dbt or similar data modeling tooling
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical or data-focused role, such as Data Analyst or BI Developer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical data and business strategy

Plus Qualifications
- Python experience for data automation or advanced analysis
- Understanding of digital marketing platform metrics and website analytics
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery
- Exposure to Kestra, Prefect, Dagster, or Airflow, and experience with version control systems such as GitHub
